Domestic: We offer Local Delivery, Standard Shipping, and Expedited Shipping.
International: WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME.
*All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard expedited and local delivery orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
*After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and local delivery orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
*In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy or the Shipping chart above. The Sensual Genius is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
OUR RETURN POLICY
*If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.

*THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ON SIGNED BOOKS. AFTER THE BOOK IS SIGNED, IT IS NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS FOR EBOOK FILES AFTER 24HRS OF PURCHASE.
*The packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for returns.
*Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
